To register complete the following two steps.
1) Pay for your Entry
Pay Online:
Before June 25th by 3PM: $35 Early General Parade Registration & $350 Early Political Parade Registration
After June 25 3pm - July 1st by 3PM: $135 Late General Parade Registration & $450 Late Political Parade Registration
No signups after July 1st deadline and no day of signups.
Pay by Mail:
Before June 25th by 3PM - 35$ for Non-Political Entries & $350 for Political Entries
After June 25th by 3PM - 135$ for Non-Political Entries & $450 for Political Entries

All entries agree to and uphold our Code of Conduct for the safety and care of our community.
Parade Awards will be given out 15 minutes after the end of the parade at the parade stage!

Parade Award Categories
Most “Carnation” Winner - This is the entry that best embodies the spirit of our town. Prize: A large Trophy with a Cow on Top.
Most on Theme Winner - This is the entry that best embodies this year’s theme. Prize: A larger Trophy.
Best of Show - This is the overall winner of the parade. Prize: The largest trophy imaginable.
Warning: Our trophies are not small!

Parade Schedule
9:30 am - 10:30 am Grand Parade Check-In and Registration (W. Rutherford Street @ Tolt Ave)
10:30 am Deadline for Grand Parade Participants Line-Up (W. Rutherford Street)
11:00 am Kiddie Parade Begins in front of the Carnation Library on the north side of town (No registration required)
11:30 am Grand Parade Begins from W. Rutherford Street to Myrtle Street
12:30 pm Grand Parade Concludes, Awards & Community to follow @ Judges’ Stage
For the grand parade, please check in by 10:30AM at the corner of Tolt Ave and W. Rutherford, near Tolt Congregational Church. (Please note the different location from the past.)
Parking for all Entries

Participants who need to park a passenger vehicle, should enter the west side of town via W. Morrison St, and then find street parking NOT on Rutherford. If parking is not available, they can follow the detour and signs to Gate A and park at the end of the parade route with the trailers.
Participants whose vehicle is in the parade should head to W Rutherford via W Morrison St. at the north end of town and join the lineup.
Participants that need to park a trailer should follow the signs to "Gate A". They will then follow the signs to parade parking at the END of the parade route.
